About Roma Waterman
Hey, I’m Roma, founder of HeartSong Ministries, and I have the incredible privilege of training and mentoring thousands of students worldwide through online courses, workshops, and Bible-based training.
I’ve been in full-time ministry for over 30 years as a Bible teacher, pastor, preacher, author, and worship leader—and I consider it the highest honor to help believers grow in wisdom, hear God’s voice clearly, and deepen their faith.
Beyond ministry, I’m just a regular mum living in Australia with my amazing husband and two beautiful kids. I love Bible study, good food, thrift stores, and deep conversations over a cup of tea.
A fun fact: I’ve been a session singer for well-known artists on TV and recordings, and I’ve written and recorded hundreds of songs since I was a teenager.
I hold a Graduate Diploma in Theology and am currently studying a Masters of Spirituality at the University of Divinity in Melbourne, specializing in Christian meditation and prayer. I also have training in workplace education, digital marketing, and online memberships—all of which I use to create powerful, accessible learning experiences.

When are the Weekly Live Sessions (The Well)?
The weekly live devotionals happen on Wednesdays at 10am (Melbourne, Australia time). You can check what that is in your local time zone using this Time Zone Converter website.
These sessions will run most weeks, except during school holidays and major holiday periods. But don’t worry if you can’t make it live—a recording will always be available for you to watch at your convenience.
Each devotional stands alone, so you won’t fall behind if you miss one. They won’t build on each other week to week but instead follow quarterly themes such as Rhythms of Rest, Rhythms of Renewal, Revival and Rebuilding.
Do I need to join at the beginning of the year or can I join anytime?
