ABOUT ROMA WATERMAN

Roma Waterman has been a recognised prophetic voice in the nations for over 20 years. Her passion is worship and the prophetic, with a focus on seeing healing, signs and wonders through worship and the arts.

This led her to creating her online school 'HeartSong' where she has the privilege of teaching thousands of students all over the world. More importantly, the beauty of the community is what she loves the most, and being able to connect kingdom minded lovers of Jesus!

As a worship leader and songwriter, she has won several awards, including The Gospel Music Associations award for contribution to Christian music. She is the founder of the Melbourne Gospel Choir who perform regularly on various TV programs. She has recorded several award winning albums and is the author of several books.

Roma has formally held certification in workplace training and assessment. She has completed a Graduate Certificate of Arts at AlphaCrucis college and is about to complete a Masters of Spirituality at the University of Divinity.

What is included in my membership?
You get access to 12 live monthly masterclasses with Roma & special guests. You also receive a monthly playbook with activations to try out, and access to our private Facebook Group.

In addition to that,  you also receive immediate, on demand access to all the other courses in the academy, PLUS any new courses that are created during the course of the year. (almost $10,000US worth of value alone).



When will the live calls be?
Generally we do them in the evening on a weeknight for those in Australia. (i.e. 7pm on a Monday night as an example). We then have another time for overseas guests during the day for Australians, but evenings for Europe.

Once membership is closed, our team will check with all the students which night will suit best. We can only work this out once registrations have closed.

If you are signing up from another country, we will have a separate call for you at a time that is better suited to you, or you may find that our Australian call works. You can join one...or both!
What if I can't make a live call?
If you can't make a live call, don't worry, they will all be recorded so you can watch the replay! You can also submit any questions prior to our call.


I live in Australia, what would the cost be in Australian dollars? 
If you are signing up from Australia, with current exchange rates $59US a month = will be in the range of $80-85AUS or $980-985 a year. With many thousands of students in overseas countries, US dollars was the most common form of currency which is why we bill in US dollars.

I live in Australia, what would the cost be in Australian dollars? 
Yes you can pay upfront. For anyone who pays the full amount, you also receive the workbooks in hardcopy form, posted to you (Valued at $137). Please note that your upfront fee is not refundable.
What is the time commitment on a weekly basis?
Once a month there will be a 1.5 hour zoom call with live training. It will be recorded and added to your course dashboard if you miss the live.

There is also on-demand online training in over 30 courses, that you can choose to do at your leisure, but it is not required to complete your certificate. You can choose how much or how little you want to do.

The monthly playbook of activations will take you 1-2 hours to complete per month.

We would hope that you would check in regularly to the FB group community where all the action will be too!

We are always available to answer questions and in the Facebook group daily. The bottom line... you can choose to be as involved as much or as little as you like.
Why is the academy, in US Dollars?
With many thousands of students in overseas countries. US dollars was the most common form of currency which is why we bill in US dollars.
Is it wise to complete it while working full time? As in, is it a big commitment?
You absolutely can complete the school whilst working full time. Most people are working full time or in full time ministry who do the course. As it’s only around an hour per week, it's completely doable to study and work at the same time.
What dates would the course commence and conclude? 
Once you register, the on demand courses open up immediately to you, but the actual monthly training and zoom calls that we do together will begin in the second week of February. We conclude in December.
What are some of the courses on offer, that I get as the added bonus when I join?
We have a wide variety of online courses on offer, that include on demand video training, plus downloadble MP3s, PDFs. checklists and ebooks.  Everything from worship theology, how to redeem ancient sounds of nations (for musicianaries), the supernatural and scientific impact of sound (Qantum physics and the Bible), to practical courses such as vocal technique, vocal warm ups, how to sing harmonies, how to write a book, how to film your own videos/create your own online course, finding your purpose and passion, to prophetic worship and worship leading. We are adding new courses very regularly (often based on requests from students)....and the best part... new courses are being created all the time - and as part of your membership you not only can suggest some new training and we will create it for you, but you get access to it all!
What resources (e.g. account, stationery, etc.) would I need?
For the live call, all you need is a computer or your phone. With your phone, you will need to download the 'zoom' app (it’s free). With a computer, you will receive a link every month. You will be able to see and hear Roma and all the other students.

You will want to take notes either in a real notebook or on your computer. There will be downloads also for you to read, or if you prefer, you can print them off..
I’m not 100% sure what the Academy is or if it's right for me, do you offer a trial so I can test it out?
We don't currently offer a trial, but if you go to our main site, you can sign up for some of our free preview lectures and even some free courses to see if it's a good fit for you. You can access our full training site HERE.
Up to what date would all of the resources you are offering be available?
All the courses at HeartSong Creative Academy are available for as long as you keep your membership up to date (if you pay up front that is for 12 months, if you pay by the month, it is month by month access). 

When you pay the full amount, whether that is as a one off payment or paying month by month, the monthly zoom calls and your monthly playbooks are lifetime access.

At the end of 12 months, you will have the option to stay on at a heavily reduced fee and still receive this benefits. Many of our students do choose to stay and we love that, because we all become friends!
Up to what date is this offer available?  
The offer will end at the end of January 2022. It is only offered once a year. So once January is up, it will not be open again until 2023.

If you purchase now, you will have access immediately to most of the other training in the academy (we don't overwhelm you so drip it a little over the coming weeks), so you can look at the other courses while waiting for our first live zoom call in February.







What happens if I don't enjoy the alliance?
We know you will LOVE the academy, however, if for whatever reason you're not 100% satisfied in any way you can cancel your subscription at any time (no questions asked). We want you to succeed, and know that if you become a member of HeartSong Prophetic Alliance and really put your heart and soul into it… you will see amazing results!






What happens if I decide to cancel my membership during the course of the year?
You are not locked in to any contract and you can cancel anytime. You can just email our office within the portal and we will cancel your membership for you. Simple as that.

We would love you to stick around, but we know that life can have many twists and turns, so if you cancel your membership we will be sad to see you go!  

Once you cancel, you will no longer have access to any of the training on the site, the private Facebook group or live calls. And....we will miss you!
Is all of the content available straight away or is it time released?
You get access to almost everything already inside the Academy straight away! No waiting for content to be released to you, just jump in and start making use of the training immediately. We regularly update and add new material too - so your content library will continue growing.

Our live zoom calls and monthly playbooks can be accessed from February.

We drip feed some of the content, because from past experience we have found students get overwhelmed by all the content.
